The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳20,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus will only be added to the account of the member into whose account the deposit was made.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts on the same device or IP address are not permitted.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

baji 999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account at any time for investigation, even before a final decision is made.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Before making the request, all active bets should be settled and any valid balance withdrawn. If an account closure request is made under the self-exclusion feature, it will be processed in accordance with the responsible gaming policy.

8.2 Closure Initiated by the Platform

If evidence of prohibited activities described in Section 7, rule violations, or fraud is found, baji 999 reserves the right to permanently close the account without prior notice. In such cases, an appeal regarding the forfeited balance may not be accepted.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts, determined in accordance with the policy in effect at that time.

If the service needs to be shut down entirely for any reason, members will be given adequate notice and arrangements will be made to return any valid balance.
